What are the benefits?
Essentrics® training increases strength & full body flexibility, improves posture, unlocks tight muscles & joints, targets every muscle in the body, helps relieve pain and is an age-defying workout. 

What can someone expect from a class?
In an Essentrics® class, participants will experience a challenging, high energy workout in a supportive environment. Through dynamic full body movements set to great music, every muscle of the body will be stretched and strengthened.  Best of all, participants can expect to have FUN, and finish the class feeling fabulous and rejuvenated from head to toe!!!

Who does Essentrics?
Essentrics® is for everyBODY!!!!  Essentrics classes are well suited for participants at all fitness levels, beginner to advanced, with varying health and fitness goals. For pain relief, injury recovery and rehabilitation goals, participants perform flowing movements to rebalance the body and unlock tight muscles whereby increasing flexibility.  For advanced levels, participants challenge themselves to perform all movements with maximum lengthening and muscle contractions.  There is a mix of all levels and ages in my classes.  The atmosphere is very welcoming and laughter is strongly encouraged!!

What equipment do I need?
Essentrics® classes are non-impact, practiced barefoot.  All you need is an exercise mat and water bottle.
