MOVE WELL - Aging Backwards series - Virtual class offered on ZOOM
Monday & Wednesday 10am

Tai Chi inspired flowing sequences, cognitive & balance training, foot strengthening exercises, joint mobility sequences, dynamic yet gentle functional movements designed to lubricate the many layers of connective tissue. You will feel energized from head to toe!

Sunday Essentrics 'pop up' classes -Virtual class offered on ZOOM
November 14th and 28th 10am 

Liberate, Energize and Strengthen your entire body! 
This all-standing functional flow workout will work your muscles from head to toe, strengthen your core, improve joint range of motion and posture, boost energy & leave you feeling fabulous!

GET STRONG - Dynamic Functional training  - Virtual class offered on ZOOM
Tuesdays 9:30am

GET STRONG with challenging interval training sequences: squats, lateral lunges, leg lifts, glute pumps and bodyweight exercises.  Improve muscle strength, bone health, endurance & boost energy with dynamic functional movements. 

Advance sign up required for all classes. Series pricing and individual class options are available.
